Who Should Apply

BBD is looking for passionate and newly qualified graduates with a Diploma, Bachelors, Honours, Masters, or Doctorate degree in BSc, BEng, BCom, or BIT, majoring in:

How Much Can I Earn as a BBD Graduate?

Compared to many other IT graduate jobs, BBD offers competitive starting pay. University graduates joining the Software Engineering track in engineering and computer science fields earn a starting salary from R40,000. Successfully joining the Grad Programme means you start working on client teams from Day 1 while building your technical knowledge through various Level Ups throughout the year, and beyond.

Application Process

• Once completed, your test will be reviewed through a marking process
• If successful, a virtual interview will be set up
• If successful after the interview, an offer will be made
