Looking for a learnership in 2026? The Road Accident Fund (RAF) has opened applications for its Corporate Support Learnership Programme, offering unemployed South African youth (ages 18–23) a 12-month paid learnership in Claims or Technology & Digital streams. Each RAF learnership comes with a monthly stipend and hands-on workplace experience — no prior work experience in the field required (in fact, it’s a requirement that you haven’t had any).

Documents needed: certified copy of Matric certificate, certified copy of ID, CV, and a motivational letter (max 3 pages).
