RAF Learnership 2026: 10 Corporate Support Learnership Opportunities for Matriculants

Looking for a learnership in 2026? The Road Accident Fund (RAF) has opened applications for its Corporate Support Learnership Programme, offering unemployed South African youth (ages 18–23) a 12-month paid learnership in Claims or Technology & Digital streams. Each RAF learnership comes with a monthly stipend and hands-on workplace experience — no prior work experience in the field required (in fact, it’s a requirement that you haven’t had any).

Only the first 100 applications per learnership post will be considered, and several close within days, so don’t wait to apply.

Who Can Apply for This Learnership?

• Completed Matric (Grade 12) only
• Aged 18–23
• Unemployed, with no previous work experience or learnership in the relevant field
• Never previously served as an RAF learner

Documents needed: certified copy of Matric certificate, certified copy of ID, CV, and a motivational letter (max 3 pages).

Tech & Digital learners gain IT support experience: hardware/software troubleshooting, device compliance via Intune, security patching, ICT asset verification, printer support, and resolving user-logged incidents.
